Principal: Dr. Vanna Easley
It’s a great day to be a hornet and Dr. Vanna Easley's job as principal of Graden Elementary School is one of pride and accomplishment. Graden is in Parkville, Missouri and opened its doors in January of 1935. Dr. Easley is a Park Hill graduate and is proud to call Park Hill her home again. She graduated from Missouri State University earning a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. She began her teaching career in North Kansas City as a first-grade teacher, a job she held for ten years before moving into her role as an instructional coach. In 2017, she moved to Park Hill to take on the role as Assistant Principal at both Graden Elementary and Union Chapel Elementary.
Dr. Easley continued her education earning a Master of Arts in Education from Park University, a Specialist in Administration from Northwest Missouri State University and a Doctorate of Education from William Woods University.
Dr. Easley, her husband, and two sons spend their free time playing sports, specifically football, and enjoying family time. She loves getting caught up in a good book and traveling to places she has never been.
